-Give an example of what could be done to employee a trauma-informed approach for potentially trauma-triggering services.
-Describe what determines if an event is experienced as traumatic.
-Name 5 core principles of a trauma-informed approach to care.
-Name 3 examples of preferable language to use in place of negatively charged language such as "disrespectful," "rude," and "aggressive."
